The ideal candidate for the Anesthesia Attending role is a board-certified or board-eligible anesthesiologist seeking a balanced and rewarding career in a collegial, team-oriented environment .
They should be comfortable with bread-and-butter anesthesia cases , including orthopedics, urology, OB, and healthy pediatric patients , while enjoying the benefits of no neuro, cardiac, or vascular cases .
This position is perfect for candidates who value work-life balance , with a 1:7 weekend call rotation , protected post-call days off , and the opportunity for three-day weekends after weekend call . Ideal applicants will appreciate the financial stability provided by a competitive salary , generous bonuses and incentives , and up to $200K in student loan repayment .
