Job description
If you are an Anesthesiologist who wants your effort to actually show up in your paycheck, this opportunity deserves a serious look. Join a physician-owned group built around a straightforward philosophy: physicians practice independently, generate their own production, and are rewarded directly for the work they do. There is no traditional partnership track or buy-in standing between a new physician and the earning model-the group describes incoming physicians as operating on equal footing from day one. The practice is growing while several longtime physicians begin transitioning toward part-time work, creating a genuine need for both General and Cardiac Anesthesiologists who want to become core members of the group. Just as importantly, physicians have considerable autonomy to shape their schedules through call and shift trading, whether they prefer concentrated 24-hour coverage or more traditional weekday work. This is a strong fit for someone who is comfortable being busy, values independence, and would rather have substantial earning upside than a compensation model that caps the reward for additional work.

Central California: The Lifestyle May Surprise You
Central California can offer a very different day-to-day experience than physicians often associate with practicing in the state. Members of the group describe an area that has repeatedly surprised physicians once they visit, with many choosing to remain long term after experiencing the community firsthand. The surrounding environment ranges from suburban neighborhoods to more semi-rural settings, giving physicians options depending on the lifestyle they want outside of work. Affordability relative to other parts of California can also make establishing a home and putting down roots more attainable. The group's own retention reflects that appeal, with many physicians remaining in the area for years and developing strong connections both inside and outside the practice. For an Anesthesiologist who wants California living without giving up purchasing power, community, or professional earning potential, the Central Valley is worth a closer look.
