Practice Setting: Hospital OR with 7 rooms covering inpatient and outpatient surgery during the weekday only
Schedule: M-F 8 hour per day
Call Schedule: no call
Documentation System/EMR: Flex and SIS
Average Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: 4
Number of Anesthesiologists in Practice: 6
Patient Age Demographic: Adult
Description of OR Staff: Fully staffed OR
Number of Operating Rooms: 7
Annual ER Volume: 35,000
Procedures Required: General Surgical Cases ADULT, Minor Nerve Blocks, IV Regional anesthesia, Thoracic Cases (Except Open Heart), Complex Vascular Cases (Except Open Heart), Spinal Anesthesia, Epidural Anesthesia, Regional Anesthesia, Obstetrical Cases, Neurosurgical Cases, Ventilation Management, Local Infiltration, Insertion of Central Line, Arterial line.
Evaluation and Management of Acute Volume / BP Issues
Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
