Locum Tenens position
Bread and button interventional pain management, ESI, RFA, nerve blocks, etc.
Excellent on-site support staff
Scheduled coverage in ambulatory clinic

Qualifications ABMS/AOA board certified or board eligible in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation (PM&R) or Anesthesiology .
Fellowship in Pain Medicine
Unrestricted licensed to practice medicine in New York or willing to license.
