$500K - $525K base salary with earning potential up to $800K annually and a 25K sign-on bonus
$30K Sign on bonus for CT providers
Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 4:30 pm with flexibility
Productivity bonus structure with partnership opportunity after 3 years
Must have completed an ACGME-accredited pain management fellowship, no new graduates
No call, no nights, and no weekends
