Choose your Subspecialty: Accepting candidates for Ambulatory, Adult Multispecialty and Obstetric Anesthesia
Teach the next Generation: 75 residents and 50 clinical fellows across 10 fellowship programs
Research & Innovation: Access a robust research environment at the NIH-funded anesthesiology department in the nation in 2025
Schedule Predictability: Schedules built around vacation requests and clinical commitments with post call-days off
Structured Onboarding/Mentorship: Proctoring and mentorship for physicians integrating into a high-acuity environment
Two Clinical Tracks: Clinical Associate with 4 clinical days per week and Faculty with 3.5 clinical days per week
Dual-Physician Support: Employment assistance for physician-partners
Compensation & Benefits :
$75,000 Sign-on Incentive
Generous Dependent Tuition Benefits: 50% of undergrad tuition assistance or up to 50% of JH tuition rate at any accredited institution
Qualifications :
BE/BC in Anesthesiology
Fellowship training in relevant subspecialty
Critical care fellowship training required for roles that include ICU coverage
