Case Mix: General surgical, obstetrics, regional anesthesia, minor nerve blocks

Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Credentialing Timeline: 60-90 days

JOB REQUIREMENTS
Board: BC in Anesthesiology
Licenses: Active ME License, IMLC or willing to review licensing candidates
COVID & Flu vaccination
Experienced including locum
Must answer the questionnaire (to be sent by the recruiter)
References (2 supervisors & 1 peer references from 12 months)
Must be credentialed with the presenting agency
Other Qualifications: References (2 supervisors, 1 peer within 12 months), EMR/EPIC experience
Duties & Responsibilities
Provide anesthesia services for general surgical, obstetrical, and regional anesthesia cases.
Perform minor nerve blocks, epidural, spinal, and regional anesthesia procedures.
Manage acute pain and evaluate/manage acute volume/BP issues.
Work independently without CRNA supervision (physician does own cases).
Participate in call schedule: weeknight every third night (7a-4pm) and weekend one per month (24-hour call).
