A locum tenens position is available at a healthcare facility in Chambersburg, PA, focusing on Electrophysiology within a dynamic team of specialists. This opportunity involves both outpatient and inpatient care, without the necessity for on-call duties. The assignment welcomes physicians with board certification or eligibility and offers flexible scheduling to provide coverage up to 40 hours a week, primarily during specific periods.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM; no call required

Job Responsibilities Provide expert Electrophysiology services including pacemaker and ICD implantations, loop recorder procedures, and various ablation techniques.
Collaborate with a dedicated outpatient clinical team and an in-patient Advanced Practice Provider (APP).
Manage a patient load of 16 outpatient and 10-15 inpatient per day.
Qualifications Board Certified or Board Eligible in Electrophysiology
Active Pennsylvania medical license or IMLC LOQ
DEA registration
Certifications in ACLS/BLS required
Working Hours Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Up to 40 hours per week, once per month or as needed
Skills Proficiency in cardiology and electrophysiology
Experience with EPIC EMR systems
Strong interpersonal skills to work efficiently within a multidisciplinary team
