This is a large, physician-led health system with a strong mission-driven culture dedicated to world-class patient care. The facility operates across multiple settings including a Level I Trauma Center, a Level III Trauma Center, and an Outpatient Surgical Center, supporting a highly collaborative and expanding anesthesia team of 50+ employed physicians.

Physician - Anesthesiology
Job Details:
Join a collaborative team of 50+ employed anesthesiologists practicing across a Level I Trauma Center, Level III Trauma Center, and Outpatient Surgical Center
Provide anesthesia services for a wide variety of cases including high-acuity trauma, obstetrics, major spine procedures, general surgery, vascular surgery, thoracic surgery, orthopedics, ENT, gynecology, urology, and gastrointestinal procedures
Deliver high-quality, patient-centered anesthesia care in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Participate in a manageable and equitable call rotation designed to support work-life balance, including weekend call as part of the shared rotation
Collaborate closely with surgeons, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain and expand procedural skills across diverse surgical specialties
Engage in mentorship opportunities with experienced anesthesiologists
Optional participation in leadership and teaching opportunities
Contribute to a culture of teamwork, mutual respect, and shared success
Board-Eligible (within 5 years) or Board-Certified in Anesthesiology required
Active Colorado Medical License required (or willingness to obtain)
Active DEA required (must be obtained prior to start)
Required certifications include ACLS and BLS
Most recent NPDB Self Query Report (within 30 days, active) required at time of presentation

This is a full-time, employed permanent placement opportunity - no locum or locum-to-perm arrangements
