Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Job Type: Full-Time Part-Time
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Anesthesiologist to join our growing team in Fort Worth, TX. This role offers a collaborative clinical environment where patient care comes first without the constraints of private equity-driven decision-making.
You will work alongside a supportive team of physicians and CRNAs, delivering high-quality anesthesia care across a variety of surgical settings while maintaining a strong work-life balance.
Key Responsibilities
Administer anesthesia for surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures
Monitor patients before, during, and after anesthesia
Collaborate with surgeons, nurses, and care teams to ensure optimal outcomes
Evaluate patients medical history and develop individualized anesthesia plans
Respond to emergency situations with clinical expertise and efficiency
Maintain accurate and timely documentation

Base Pay Range: $575,000 $650,000 per year
Strong W-2 salary + stipends
Additional 1099 opportunities available

Qualifications
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Active or eligible for Texas medical license
Strong clinical and communication skills
