Job description
A regional healthcare system in northeast Missouri is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join its hospital-employed anesthesia team.
Position Highlights:
Full-time, hospital-employed anesthesiologist role
Join a team of 4 anesthesiologists, 7 CRNAs, and 1 anesthesia technician
Coverage supported by a recently completed $63M hospital renovation and expansion
State-of-the-art surgical suites with modern technology
Collaborative, team-based anesthesia care model
Growing practice with increasing surgical volume and expanded staffing needs
Service area includes patients across Missouri, southeast Iowa, and west-central Illinois
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $580K per year
Sign-on bonus: $50K+
Student loan repayment: up to $100K
Relocation stipend: $10K
CME allowance: $5K annually
17 weeks of annual vacation
