90 days - need to fully Health Good Samaritan & with CHI Health Partners
Qualifications:
Board Certification - Board Certified REQUIRED
State License - Required or IMLC REQUIRED
Malpractice - Clean Preferred HIGHLY PREFERRED
Availability at time of name clear - REQUIRED
