Job description
We are seeking an experienced Cardiac Anesthesiology Physician to join acollaborative anesthesia team in Martinsburg, West Virginia. This opportunityprovides comprehensive anesthetic care for cardiac and surgical patients in ahospital-based setting.
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive anesthesia care for cardiac and surgical patients
Evaluate patients preoperatively and develop individualized anesthesia plans
Administer and manage general and regional anesthesia as appropriate
Provide perioperative hemodynamic and airway management
Manage complex and high-acuity cardiac cases
Provide postoperative care and assist with pain management
Collaborate with surgeons, cardiologists, CRNAs, and other members of the care team
Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
Requirements
MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Anesthesiology
Fellowship training in Cardiac Anesthesiology preferred
Active West Virginia medical license or eligibility
DEA registration
ACLS and BLS certification
