November: 2-13 (Weekday Call: 10, 12 Weekend Call: 6-8)
November: 16-20 (Weekday Call: 16, 18)
December: 7-11 (Weekday Call: 8, 10)
December: 21-30 (Holiday Call: 24-27 URGENT: No FT Provider Available)
Schedule Details: Shift: 7 AM - 3 PM, Monday to Friday, weekday call 3 PM - 7 AM, weekend call Friday at 7 AM to Monday at 7 AM
Number of Shifts Needed per Month: Ongoing as needed
Procedures: Inpatient, OB, Epidurals, General Anesthesia, schedule surgeries
Patient Population/Case Load: 10-15 patients
Case Mix: Inpatient, OB, Epidurals, General Anesthesia, schedule surgeries
Licensing and Privileging: License: An active New York state license is required.
Willing to License: No
Estimated Privileging Timeline: 60-90 days
