Piedmont Physician Network offers an exceptional opportunity for an Interventional Pain Management Specialist to build a thriving outpatient practice in the growing Fort Mill, South Carolina market. You'll join a hospital-employed group anchored by the newly opened Piedmont Medical Center – Fort Mill, a 100-bed, state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced imaging, robotic surgery, and a full spectrum of specialty services. This is a purely outpatient role with no call, no nights, and no weekends — giving you the clinical focus and work-life balance that sustains a long, impactful career.
Position Highlights
Interventional Pain Management — outpatient practice, hospital employed
Monday–Friday schedule; no call, no nights, no weekends, no holidays
Full procedural scope including spinal cord stimulation, radiofrequency ablation, kyphoplasty, EMG, and a broad range of injections and nerve blocks
Supported by Piedmont Medical Center – Fort Mill, a newly opened 100-bed facility with advanced imaging (MRI, CT), six multi-specialty ORs, and a brand-new da Vinci Xi robotic surgery system
Practice alongside a multidisciplinary team spanning cardiovascular, orthopedics, women's services, and critical care

Candidate Requirements
Board certified or board eligible in Pain Management
Dual board certification in Pain Management and Anesthesia preferred
Proficiency in interventional pain procedures including joint injections, nerve blocks, and epidural injections
Experience with a wide range of pain management practices preferred
