Anesthesiology in Indianapolis 15 Shifts Per Month

Join a Physician-Led Anesthesia Team Just Outside Indianapolis Are you looking for an anesthesia practice where physicians truly have a voice? A highly regarded, independent, community hospital in central Indiana is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Anesthesiologist to join its exceptional physician-led team.
This is a rare opportunity to practice in a well-run organization known for strong leadership, outstanding clinical support, and a genuine commitment to physician satisfaction. With no CRNA supervision, a manageable case mix, and an equitable schedule, physicians can focus on delivering excellent care while maintaining the lifestyle they value.
Opportunity Highlights 100% physician anesthesia model with no CRNA direction
15 shifts per month with equitable call and case distribution
Broad general anesthesia and OB case mix with no cardiac, vascular, trauma, or neuro cases
