/n • 18 state-of-the-art operating rooms

/n • 40% of your time doing your cases, 60% of your time medically directing CRNAs and Residents
/n • Teaching opportunities with regular rotations of residents and medical students.

/n • The Anesthesia Department manages the OR schedule, providing the necessary structure for a smooth, efficient workday

Comprehensive Compensation and Benefits
/n • Above industry average salary - $525K to $575K total comp
/n • $25K Starting Bonus and $25K Retention Bonus after one year
/n • $15K Quality/Citizenship Bonus available yearly
/n • Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, and disability insurance
/n • Malpractice/Liability Insurance, including tail coverage
/n • Guthrie retirement savings plan (403B) with employer match (1/2 of the first 6% that you invest) and (1-3.5%) age-based contributions
/n • Allowance for licensure fees, Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) certificate, and renewals
/n • $10,000 referral bonus if you refer a physician that we hire on a full-time basis - $20K if your referral is another Anesthesiologist

/n • Annual Stipend for conference registration, certifications, and membership fees for specialty-specific medical societies
/n • Guthrie has seven residency programs, including the Anesthesiology Residency. Guthrie is a regional campus of the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine.
