Shifts available: 8 hours: Required, 10 hours: Required, 24 hours: Required (weekend call), Day Shift: Required, Weeknight - On Call (Pager): Required, Weekend - On Call (Pager): Preferred
Types of Cases: General, Ortho, OB, Pediatrics
Supervision or independent: Are MDs supervising CRNAs?: Yes
Specific requirements/restrictions: No Providers that live within 60 miles, Provider must have an active PA state license, Compact licenses will not be accepted
