Stevens Point has a population of 26,000. It is 30 minutes east of Marshfield and 1 hour and 10 minutes West of Appleton.
The Group
At Anovia Health we encourage patients to engage with the care team in-person or through secure video chat, email or text. In some circumstances, we also recommend home monitoring devices. Your care coordinator can work with you to make the best decision on engaging the care team.
Our goal is to provide care that is effective, convenient, and cost-effective for the patient, provider, and payor.
They have 14 different locations in central Wisconsin.
The Position
90 DAY ASSIGNMENT STARTING ASAP
Looking for a provider who is within driving distance or does not need housing
Outpatient Primary Care Clinic
You are seeing employees and dependents of a company
All ages of patients
Typically 8a - 4p
Scheduled patients only
Approximately 10 patients per day
No Call
Do not accept Medicare and Medicaid
Typically 2 providers in the clinic but need to be comfortable working autonomously
