Job description
Part-Time Telephone OperatorsTelstar Networks is hiring for part-time (20 to 30 hours) telephone operators for our Answering Services and Alarm Monitoring Department to start immediately. Weekend, night and holiday availability is required. Flexible hours are preferred.Job duties include:Taking detailed messages as per clientPaging and/or arranging multiple party callsMaking temporary changes to client informationHaving a basic understanding of the product and services provided by the clientActing as a direct representative of the client when receiving callsUse of proper telephone etiquette
