Job description
Custodian PositionThe custodian is a staff position reporting directly to the Head Custodian or Shift Leader. A custodian performs a variety of tasks associated with cleaning and maintaining a building and its outside property. A custodian's work may also include minor maintenance work, the setting up and taking down of tables and chairs and the operation of motorized machines and equipment.Qualifications: Applicants must have a basic knowledge of the principles of cleaning, painting and minor maintenance work and be able to operate lawn mowers, snow blowers, buffing machines, small hand tools and other custodial equipment.
