Qualifications:
-Master's degree from an accredited college or university
-Valid New Jersey Student Assistance Coordinator certification
-Minimum of three (3) years of successful experience in school
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-Demonstrated ability to work effectively with at risk students. Knowledge of behavioral modifications and intervention strategies
-Demonstrated knowledge of substance abuse curriculum development and counseling
-Crisis intervention

Salary:
As per HEA Agreement - salary range is $67,000 - $101,629 annually
