Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Florham Park, NJ
Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week
Type: Temporary with potential to convert to permanent
Pay: Up to $35/hour
Permanent Compensation: Up to $75,000
Start: ASAP
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist for an immediate temporary opportunity in Florham Park, NJ. This position will support the day-to-day AP function for two affiliated companies and has the potential to convert to a permanent role for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle accounts payable
Process approximately 100 invoices per month
Perform invoice and purchase order matching
Review invoices for accuracy and proper approvals
Code and enter invoices into the accounting system
Assist with payment processing and vendor inquiries
Maintain accurate AP records and supporting documentation
Provide AP support across two affiliated companies
Assist with additional accounting and AP-related needs as required
Qualifications: Prior full-cycle accounts payable experience
Strong understanding of invoice processing and PO matching
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and step into an immediate need
Sage 300 experience is a plus
Available to work onsite 5 days per week in Florham Park, NJ
This is an urgent need and a strong opportunity for someone who can quickly step in and support the team. While initially temporary, the position could convert to permanent for the right fit.
