Job description
Century Group is partnering with a client who is seeking an AP Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary $23 to $25 per hour.
Responsibilities:
Efficiently process invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies
Verify and reconcile invoices, purchase orders, and receipts
Timely and accurately process payments to vendors and suppliers
Record and track all financial transactions related to accounts payable
Monitor cash flow related to payables
Familiarity with 3-way match processes
Qualifications: 2+ years of relevant experience in full-cycle accounts payable
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment
Familiarity with Eclipse ERP (preferred)
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
