Apartment GroundskeeperAs a Groundskeeper at Fieldstone in Blacksburg, VA, you'll be the heartbeat of our community's curb appeal and cleanliness. Our team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team. Through our training and mentorship program, "The Park Academy," we will help build those with positive and eager-to-learn attitudes to grow and succeed. No experience required-just a positive, eager-to-learn attitude!Key responsibilities include maintaining beautiful grounds and common areas, removing litter and debris, assisting with turnover cleaning and painting, supporting the maintenance team with various tasks, and other duties as assigned.What we're looking for includes a willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, the ability to perform physical activities, a commitment to our values of professionalism, customer service, and teamwork, self-motivation, energy, and a commitment to high performance in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.Pay: $18.50 per hourWork location: In personEqual Opportunity EmployerA proud Virginia Values Veterans V3-certified company
