Apartment GroundskeeperAs a Groundskeeper at Big Sky in Staunton, VA, you'll be the heartbeat of our community's curb appeal and cleanliness. Our team is dedicated to helping further the skills and attributes required to be a successful member of our maintenance team. Through our training and mentorship program, "The Park Academy," we will help build those with positive and eager-to-learn attitudes to grow and succeed. No experience required-just a positive, eager-to-learn attitude!Key responsibilities include:Maintain beautiful grounds and common areasRemove litter and debrisAssist with turnover cleaning and paintingSupport the maintenance team with various tasksOther duties as assignedWhat we're looking for:Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditionsAbility to perform physical activities (bending, kneeling, climbing ladders/stairs, reaching above shoulders, grasping/gripping/turning, lifting/carrying equipment, supplies, and other materials, etc.)Commitment to our values of professionalism, customer service, and teamworkSelf-motivated, energetic, and committed to high performance in a fast-paced environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPay: $19.00 per hourWork Location: In PersonEqual Opportunity EmployerA proud Virginia Values Veterans V3-certified company
