Leasing ConsultantAre you a people person with a passion for customer service and sales? Tarantino Properties is looking for energetic Leasing Consultants to help prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional resident experience.Essential Functions:Provide outstanding customer service to current and prospective residentsAssist with leasing activities including tours, applications, and follow-upsHandle general office duties such as filing, organizing documents, and maintaining resident recordsManage phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a professional mannerProcess paperwork and maintain accurate files and reportsUtilize property management software and leasing tools to complete daily tasksSupport team members with administrative and customer-related tasks as neededRequirements:Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly attitudeExperience with property management software required: OneSite / Knock / BlueMoonSpanish-speaking is a plusStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPrevious leasing or property management experience preferredBenefits: Taking care of our clients and residents starts with taking care of our team.
