nWe are hiring a Leasing Consultant to work onsite at our Haven 124 apartment community in Northglenn, CO.

n** What We Offer **
nAIR offers attractive compensation packages that reward performance including:
nnBase Pay of $21.00 per hour + Competitive Commissions. You will be provided a pay rate that is in line with your skills and experience as they relate to the requirements of the job. * Multiple opportunities to increase commission per lease including: nn** Higher rent rate unit : **Updated finishes, larger floorplan, better view, etc.
n** Exceeding monthly goal : **Several tiers to increase percentage of total lease value earned per lease
n** Longer lease term : **18-month or longer vs. the standard 12-month length

n25% Rent Discount at any AIR community. * Option to live onsite with zero commute or at a nearby AIR community.

nnFollow AIR's sales process including prompt follow-up with active prospects, scheduling and conducting tours to sell the value of your unique community and to help prospects find their new home at AIR.
nMaintain a track record of consistently meeting or surpassing monthly leasing goals.
nDeliver exceptional customer service to our residents, creating moments that matter at every opportunity.
nProvide leasing support to all communities within the AIR portfolio as needed.
nContribute to community marketing efforts.
nAdhere to Fair Housing Laws and Regulations

nn1+ year sales and customer service experience including reaching sales goals in a fast-paced environment (e.g., property management, hospitality, retail, or restaurant).
nDemonstrated success in goal setting/achievement and following a sales process.
nExcellent customer service skills to address current and future resident needs.
nFlexible schedule with availability to work during our office hours (hours may include weekends and will vary based on community and season).
nReliable transportation.
nProficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
