Apartment Maintenance Technician
BG Staffing
Pay: $22.00/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
BG Staffing is currently seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to support a residential community. This role is ideal for a hands-on professional with experience in property maintenance and unit turns.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete service requests and work orders in a timely manner
Assist with apartment unit turns (make-readies)
Perform grounds upkeep, including trash removal and general cleanliness
Handle general maintenance tasks such as basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and repairs
Help maintain a safe and well-kept community for residents
Qualifications: Previous apartment maintenance or related industry experience preferred
Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage daily tasks effectively
Reliable and punctual
Dress Code: Work boots required
Pants (no shorts)
Shirts with no large or inappropriate lettering
