A management company is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician to cover for medical leave. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Job Duties:
Make repairs to property and grounds
Complete routine repairs in a timely fashion
Refresh suites between residents including cleaning, painting, and making minor repairs
Coordinate with Lead Technician to ensure thorough quality control
Complete daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning assignments
Provide custodial services throughout the property and grounds to ensure a clean, pleasing environment
Perform preventative maintenance correctly and on time
Job Requirements
Qualifications: Must have previous apartment/building maintenance experience
Must have the ability to perform repairs in a timely manner
Must be able to paint and make minor repairs
Must have the ability to ensure a clean and pleasing environment throughout the inside and outside of the facility
Only those candidates that can pass a background check and drug screen will be considered. This position has the ability for candidate to live on property.
