Job description
Human Directionals (Sign Spinners)We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as Human Directionals (Sign Spinners) for apartment communities. Responsibilities include actively engaging with community members and visitors, directing traffic to the community, maintaining a positive and festive demeanor to create a welcoming atmosphere, handing out promotional materials, such as flyers or treats, to passersby, as requested by the community, and ensuring safety and compliance with all community rules and regulations while on duty.Qualifications: Must be enthusiastic, friendly, and outgoing. Previous experience in event promotion, customer service, or public interactions is a plus. Comfortable working outdoors during various weather conditions. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.
