Job description
Lee Health is seeking an Associate Program Director to support the Internal Medicine Residency Program at Cape Coral Hospital. The APD will assist the Program Director with administrative and clinical oversight, ensure ACGME compliance, and mentor residents in a busy, academic environment in Southwest Florida.
The role requires residency training in Internal Medicine, board eligibility, an unrestricted Florida license, and a minimum of three years in an academic teaching capacity.
