Job description
Lee Health is seeking an Associate Program Director for the FSU College of Medicine Internal Medicine Residency Program at Cape Coral Hospital. This role partners with the Program Director to oversee didactic and clinical education across sites, ensure ACGME compliance, and mentor residents in a supportive, academic environment.
The APD will also participate in education program development, evaluate faculty, and maintain resident records.
