Job description
Avir at Camp Wood in Texas is seeking an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APN) specialized in skilled nursing to join our team and deliver high-quality care to residents.
You will assess residents, develop care plans, manage medications, and work with the interdisciplinary team to promote health outcomes in a fast-paced skilled nursing environment. A valid Texas APN license and MSN are required.
