nJoin our rapidly expanding, Certified Comprehensive Stroke Center. We are seeking a dedicated NP or PA to join a collaborative, multidisciplinary team where quality, safety, and innovation are our top priorities.
nThe Role at a Glance
nnnStatus: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
n
nnSetting: Inpatient Stroke Service with Integrated Outpatient Training
n
nnTeam: Work alongside 6 stroke physicians, 5 neuro-intensivists, and a robust team of 12 APPs.
n
n nWhat Sets This Position Apart?
nnnDynamic Split: 1/3 of your time is dedicated to outpatient training (General Neurology, Headache, Cognitive and Stroke follow-ups).
n
nnProcedural Training: Gain expertise in Lumbar Punctures, Botox administration, skin biopsies and Nerve Blocks.
n
nnCollaboration: Integrated daily workflow with Neuroradiology, Neurosurgery, and Vascular Surgery.
n
nnAcademic Growth: Optional opportunities for research and teaching.
n
n nKey Responsibilities
nnnPatient Management: Admit, round on, and discharge patients with ischemic stroke, ICH, and cerebrovascular disorders.
n
nnClinical Decision Making: Lead initial evaluations and implement diagnostic/therapeutic plans. Lead and manage stroke codes.
n
nnData Interpretation: Analyze labs, imaging, and physiologic data to optimize care.
n
nnCoordination: Act as the primary APP lead under physician guidance, ensuring seamless clinical documentation and discharge planning.

n nQualifications
nnnCredentials: Must be a PA or NP with Board Certification in Adult Gerontology Acute Care.
n
nnEducation: Master's degree from an accredited NP or PA program.
n
nnLicensure: Current MA license, DEA, and MCSR required.
n
nnSoft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to function semi-autonomously with high-acuity patients.

nPay Range:
n$133,120.00 USD - $215,000.00 USD
nThe pay range listed for this position is the annual base salary range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.
