Critical Care APP (NP/PA)

Join the Division of Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine as a highly motivated and committed Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) for our dynamic critical care service. You will be an integral part of the multidisciplinary team caring for critically ill patients across three ICUs: LHMC Burlington, Beverly Hospital, and Winchester Hospital. This role requires independent critical thinking and patient care management in a fast-paced environment.
The Critical Care APP will handle a broad range of responsibilities, including daily rounds and management of critical illnesses, performing common bedside procedures, ventilator management, managing ICU admissions and critical care consults, bed flow management, and serving on the LHMC Medical Emergency Team and responding to all hospital emergencies. This is a rotational role covering day, night, and weekend responsibilities across all three affiliated hospitals.
We seek a colleague who is motivated, confident, compassionate, and patient-focused. Highly desirable skills include organization, flexibility, adaptability, and strong time management. Prior experience and a strong interest in critical care medicine is strongly preferred.
