Job description
AdventHealth Primary Care Network is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join our team. This role offers a supportive practice environment, broad clinical exposure, and the opportunity to care for patients across the lifespan while maintaining a sustainable work-life balance.
This model focuses on delivering comprehensive care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and acute care. We place a strong emphasis on patient-centered care within the network through patient engagement, digital health tools, cultural sensitivity, and accessible locations.

Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered primary care to pediatric through geriatric patients, including women's health
Deliver independent and collaborative medical management of acute and chronic conditions
Order and interpret diagnostic testing, including labs and imaging
Monitor treatment plans and coordinate referrals to physicians or specialists as needed
Collaborate closely with physicians and clinical staff to ensure continuity and consistency of care
Deliver care with a professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
Education & Experience Master's degree in nursing (FNP/APRN) or Physician Assistant Studies
Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in Family or Internal Medicine preferred
Experience caring for patients of all ages and managing acute and chronic conditions strongly preferred
Licensure, Certification & Registration Active Florida APRN or PA-C license
Active DEA license
ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA (or equivalent) certification
BLS required; ACLS (preferred)
