nnClinic hours Mon–Fri 8am–8pm, weekends 10am–6pm and holiday hours vary

nnnEmployed multi-specialty group of more than 180 providers in northeast Iowa-physicians, physician assistants and nurse practitioners

n nCandidates
nnnGraduate of an AMA approved Nurse Practitioner Program or accredited Physician Assistant Training Program. Iowa licensure required.

nnPossesses Federal and State Controlled Substance prescribing authority
n
nnAdvanced Practice Nurse Prescriber Certification, BLS, Mandatory Reporter
