Opportunity Details
Position Type: Full time (1.0 FTE)
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (8am to 8pm) with some variability possible. Operational hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm, and Saturday 8am to 2pm
Position would include every other weekend and holiday rotations
Location: Whitehall, MI
Specialty: Urgent Care
Team Size: 3 budgeted and several per diem providers along with assistance from resident moonlighters
Typical procedures: Sprains andstrains
Stitches
Rashes
Cold andFlu Symptoms
Tooth Pain
Sore Throat
Pink eye
Lower back pain
Animal or insect bite
Urinary tract infection
Additional details: Very busy urgent care with a great team and a variety of patients.

Requirements
Provider experience preferred
Board certified prior to employment
Active Michigan medical license (or ability to obtain)
DEA license
Duties & Responsibilities
A typical day may include:
Providing direct patient care
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
Participating in teaching and mentoring
Documenting in Epic EMR
Engaging in quality improvement initiatives
Supporting community health efforts
