Job description
Jobtailor in Paramus, NJ is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and build a high-performing team. You will hire and train staff, implement action plans, and ensure top-notch merchandising and customer service across the store.
The role requires strong leadership, accountability, and a proven track record in apparel retail. Occasional travel to other locations and evening/weekend availability are expected.
