Job description
Delaware Department of Justice seeks a Deputy Attorney General for the Appeals Unit, handling appellate and postconviction criminal litigation in state courts. You will serve as a chief courtroom lawyer for the State before the Delaware Supreme Court and provide critical research support to trial teams.
The role requires admission to the Delaware Bar and strong research and writing skills, with work located in New Castle, Kent, or Sussex Counties.
