Overview
ITnova is seeking an Application Analyst to provide support, maintenance, and optimization of business applications.
Responsibilities
Analyze and troubleshoot application issues.
Configure, upgrade, and test applications to ensure functionality.
Collaborate with users to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Monitor application performance and recommend improvements.
Document application configurations, processes, and procedures.
Provide end-user support and training.
Ensure compliance with IT standards and security requirements.
Qualifications
Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Certifications: ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform/App Builder.
General Experience: Five (5) years in IT application support or related field.
Specialized Experience:Three (3) years in analyzing, configuring, or supporting enterprise applications.
Experience with application lifecycle management.
Strong problem-solving and customer support skills.
