1–2 years of IT support experience
Hands-on experience installing applications on laptops and/or tablets
Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions is a plus
Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills
Ability to work onsite Monday–Friday, 10 AM – 7 PM (some flexibility)
