Job description
Experience in dealing with Thermal Applications within the Data Center Industry (preferred), refrigeration or similar. Our promise: well give you comprehensive training and support you every step of the way in our company.
You’re the internal interface between sales, R&D, product development and production from the initial enquiry to acceptance by the customer and are also intensively involved in communication with our customers
Providing comprehensive technical and commercial support in a timely and professional manner
Utilize all tools available including sizing programs to correctly match the division’s products to meet or exceed the customer’s requirements.
Actively participating in defining and evaluating target prices
Planning and following up visits to customers and trade shows
Maintaining quotation, customer, and order data in our CRM system
Adhere to all quality requirements that are inside of the Quality Management system
To ensure Kelvion’s Standard of Excellence, which includes quality, is incorporated into every product we produce.

Field / Service / Mechanical Engineer, Project Manager, Product Manager, Application Engineer)
Fluent English language skills
Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems and the MS Office suite
Distinct customer orientation
Readiness for extensive travel
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or equivalent experience.
~5+ years of experience of working in an engineering field.
~ Intermediate knowledge of computer technology and programs.
