Job description
OpenAI is seeking an Applied AI Engineering Manager, Startups to lead and scale the Startups Applied AI Engineering motion, helping high‑growth startups move from experimentation to production and build durable technical partnerships with OpenAI.
You will balance leadership, technical depth, and customer prioritization while partnering with Sales, Product, Engineering, Research, and GTM teams to accelerate adoption and craft repeatable deployment patterns.
