BCI Solutions, Inc. | Bremen, Indiana
$140,000+ Base Salary + Bonus + Relocation Assistance
STATUS QUO SUCKS. COME HELP US CHANGE IT.
BCI Solutions is looking for a proven foundry technical leader, not a trainee.
If you have the right background, this is an opportunity to take technical ownership of a gray and ductile iron foundry and make a measurable impact on quality, scrap, yield, and process performance.
We're looking for someone who knows cast iron, green sand, and metallurgy and isn't satisfied with "that's how we've always done it."
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Lead the metallurgical and technical direction of our gray and ductile iron foundry
Own and optimize green sand systems, melting, pouring, and process control
Lead casting defect investigations and root cause analysis
Drive improvements in quality, yield, scrap, and process consistency
Support new product launches, quoting, and process development
Partner with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Maintenance to solve complex foundry problems
Develop technical standards and strengthen foundry knowledge across the organization
WHAT BCI OFFERS
$140,000+ starting base salary , based on experience
Performance bonus
Relocation assistance
Comprehensive benefits
Free onsite primary care physician with medical plan enrollment
Stability of a family-owned American manufacturer with more than 80 years in business
Direct access to company leadership
The opportunity to make a real impact on the future of our foundry
HOW WE OPERATE
Our Core Values aren't wall decorations. They're how we expect our team to work:
Safety Always | Status Quo Sucks | Results & Accountability | Integrity & Transparency | Team & Loyalty
ITAR / EXPORT CONTROL
This position may require access to information controlled under ITAR or other U.S. export control laws . Employment is contingent upon the applicant's ability to access such information in accordance with applicable U.S. law or BCI's ability to obtain any required authorization.
READY TO MAKE AN IMPACT?
If you know cast iron, green sand, and metallurgy and want more than a job maintaining someone else's processes, we want to talk.
Don't maintain the status quo. Help us build what's next.
Requirements
WHAT YOU NEED
Bachelor's degree or higher in Metallurgy, Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years of cast iron foundry experience
Minimum 3 years of green sand experience
Strong understanding of cast iron metallurgy, melting, molding, and process control
Demonstrated success solving foundry quality and production challenges
Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment
Willingness to relocate to or reside within commuting distance of Bremen, Indiana
