Appointment SchedulerThe NeuroMedical Center is looking for an appointment scheduler to schedule patient appointments, coordinate office and diagnostic appointments, and manage physician and staff schedules.Answer phones and direct calls to the appropriate staff member.Schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel patient appointments by inbound and outbound telephone calls.Accept and update medical records, route documents to appropriate staff.Completes patient appointment request via portal messages or patient cases.Enter patient demographics and insurance information in the computer.Assist with rescheduling clinics, patient check-out, and department coverage, etc.RequirementsExcellent customer service skills and computer skillsDependabilityKnowledge of insurance plansPrior healthcare experience a plusHigh School diploma requiredWeekdays 8:30 am-5:00 pm
