Because members have already expressed interest, your conversations are focused on providing information, answering questions, and helping families understand their available options — not cold calling or door-to-door prospecting.What You'll Be DoingYour primary responsibility will be helping members navigate the benefit process from their initial appointment through enrollment and follow-up.Connect with members who have requested benefit informationSchedule and conduct virtual appointmentsLearn about each member's needs and prioritiesReview and explain available benefit programsAnswer questions and provide clear, accurate informationAssist members with selecting appropriate optionsComplete applications and required documentationMaintain organized client recordsFollow up with members when additional assistance is neededWhat We ValuePrevious industry experience isn't necessary.
