nRock Solid Construction is growing and is looking for outgoing, energetic people to represent our company inside BJ's Wholesale Club locations. If you enjoy meeting people, working in a fun retail environment, and earning bonuses for your performance, we'd love to meet you!
nNo construction experience is required—we provide all the training.
nWhat You'll Do
nGreet BJ's members and introduce our home improvement services
nSchedule free in-home consultations for homeowners
nEducate customers about roofing, siding, windows, and decking
nRepresent Rock Solid Construction with professionalism and enthusiasm
nHelp customers scan a QR code or schedule appointments directly
nCompensation
nTop performers can earn $20–$30+ per hour, with even higher earnings through sales bonuses.
nSchedule
nFlexible 5–6 hour shifts
nDay, evening, and weekend opportunities available
nConsistent weekly schedule
