nPosition Overview
nWe are seeking a motivated and professional Appointment Setter to join our Vancouver team. In this role, you will connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, and schedule in-home consultations for our sales representatives.

nKey Responsibilities
nnnMake outbound calls and follow up with prospective customers

nnSchedule and confirm in-home consultation appointments
n
nnAccurately enter and update customer information
n
nnMaintain consistent communication with homeowners and internal teams
n
nnMeet daily and weekly appointment-setting goals
n
nnParticipate in training sessions and team meetings
n
n nQualifications
nnnPrevious experience in customer service, call center, or appointment setting preferred
n
nnStrong communication and interpersonal skills
n
nnComfortable speaking with customers over the phone
n
nnHighly organized with strong attention to detail
n
nnPositive attitude and professional demeanor
n
nnAbility to work independently and as part of a team
n
nnBasic computer and data entry skills

n nSchedule
